- Why Am I Getting An Error When Sending A Class Message?

FPU Central allows you, the coordinator, to send messages through FPU Central to members on your class roster. We added this function as a tool to use for simple reminders or a quick encouraging word during the week leading up to your next class. If you are experiencing an error message when trying to send a message out there are a few reasons this could be happening:

1. There's a 3500 character limit. This message functions is meant for quick blurbs or notes to the class and not an email service.

2. The message will fail if you copy and paste the text from a program like Microsoft word, or any other type of word processor. Those programs don't use plain text and that box will only accept plain text, so be sure to type your message directly into the message box.

3. Is your FPU Central account verified? The message will fail if your account isn't verified. Simply click on "account settings" by hovering over the profile icon at the top-right of your FPU Central account and if it asked you to verify, simply re-trigger the verification email and follow the steps to verify your account.

4. Simply try logging into FPU Central and sending a message through a different web browser.
